Capel Bethlehem Newydd

Capel Bethlehem Newydd members were keen to renovate their building. The work involved removing the pews, renewing the floor, improving the heating, installing new windows, painting, and installing a kitchen. The members received money from the sale of other buildings and managed to secure enough money to do the main building work. A grant was then awarded by Pantyfedwen to buy suitable furniture for the building following the renovation.

The main part of the project has now been completed, the new chairs have arrived, and the first service was held in the chapel on the last Sunday morning in April. The renovated chapel offers new opportunities to experiment with different kind of services and the new resource will prove valuable and useful to the community more widely.
